I'm a structural engineer turned data scientist at BP, recently doing more forward deployed engineering work. I build ML systems that run in production, tinker with homelabs, and occasionally write about both.

My most interesting work involves time series anomaly detection - I was lucky to lead the development of an anomaly detection method that is patent pending. So that's cool.

At home, I run a 3-node Proxmox cluster with nearly 250TB of storage. It's overkill for what I need, but that's kind of the point. I've built out CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and home automation - partly because it's useful, mostly because it's fun.
